Tier1: Individual / B2B matches (exact match): 15% Match Process: Reverse Email Append services will provide you with your clients/email subscription database, their full first and last name as well as the most recent postal mailing address to a client's online customers. This service will allow clients the opportunity to market to their online customers using an offline traditional "postal" channel such as postcards, catalogs, direct mail brochures. Reverse Email Address Append is the exact opposite of our Email Appending processes, but with much faster turn around time. This project can be completed within hours. This service recognizes that a large portion of our clients and prospects' online email databases, uses the e-mail address as their only identifier key within their online email database. Our reverse email appending system will use this unique e-mail address to match to our e-mail addresses in our in-house database of opt-in consumers. The opt-in consumers in our database have full names and deliverable off-line postal address associated with them. Where an e-mail address matches, we will return to the customer; a file containing the name and deliverable postal address of the individual at the given e-mail address.  The multi-channel customer can be reached through multiple touch points, including storefront, catalog, email and phone append.
